My approach
I’m keen on helping people get to know themselves better, change their narratives, and navigate what comes next with confidence. As an advocate for empowerment and self-discovery, I’m known for creating spaces for deep reflection that inspire people to take action.
By tucking in personal stories, compelling studies, and interactive exercises, I create environments that leave attendees feeling seen—and I’ve been doing so since 2019. From in-person sessions with six team members to virtual workshops with over 600 strangers, I ensure all feel heard.

Dear You is a letter-writing workshop that welcomes you to express yourself to various people, places, and experiences in your life. Over one hour, you’ll learn how to write a letter and get your feelings onto paper (even if a blank page feels intimidating).
We begin with learning the art of letter writing, including how to write and package a meaningful letter. You’ll then be guided through 4-5 different letter prompts. Finally, you'll be invited to share one of your letters or join a pen pal group.
